Spring time at Hostaria Fratelli

In spring, we serve our homemade pasta alongside Mediterranean fish specialities such as turbot or dragonfish. Meat lovers can look forward to a rib steak from the Chianina breed of cattle from Tuscany.

We combine our dishes with seasonal vegetables and fruit.

These include wild broccoli, fresh peas, garlic, young onions and, of course, asparagus. Fresh strawberries and forest fruits complete the menu.

Easter is coming soon

We also use the Easter holidays to take a little break with our families. From 19.04. to 27.04.2025 we will close our restaurant.

On 28.04.2025 we will open again for you.

We will be open all day on 3 April 2026 (Good Friday)!

We wish you a happy Easter.
Your Hostaria Fratelli team

Enjoy the black winter truffle (Perigord)

The winter truffle (Tuber melanosporum), also known as the Périgord truffle, is the highest quality of all truffle varieties. They have a distinctive, wild, animalistic, strong smell of mushrooms, earth and musk. Their aroma is significantly more intense than that of their counterparts.

Visit us and enjoy the delicious dishes that Luigi and his team prepare with black truffles, accompanied by a good red or white wine.

Old treasures in our wine cellar

While tidying up, we came across some very old wines from Germany and France.

If you are interested in very old wines, you are welcome to take a look at them during one of your next visits. However, they are not for sale.
