Spring is "just around the corner" again, the cold season is slowly but surely coming to an end and it is getting warmer and friendlier again.

Your "Fratelli" Gruosso
In spring, we serve our homemade pasta with salsiccia and rapeseed flowers as well as grilled sole from the Mediterranean. For meat lovers, we serve oven-baked suckling fawns from Sardinia with potatoes and artichokes. For asparagus lovers, we have wild green asparagus from Basilicata and white asparagus from Bossano del Grappa.
For those who like something "special", we have courgette flowers filled with buffalo ricotta or scrambled eggs with wild green asparagus and black summer truffle.
Our Pastiera Napoletana, the traditional Italian Easter cake from Naples with lemon sorbet and fruit, is of course a must for dessert.
We combine our dishes with seasonal fruit and vegetables.
